Gap/ Lap Adjustment Method
Lap
- The Rack gear on top shaft is rotating due to the motor and the spur gear which is connected with & Top&Bottom shaft rotates the bottom shaft. Due to the each Eccentric amount the Lap is adjusted.
- Highly precise due to high deceleration ratio between motor and Rack gear (Eccentric Method)
- Material of Rack is Steel which is low abrasion.
- Tolerance for Lap Adjustment : ±0.015mm
- AC Servo Motor : 1.5kw x 3,000 rpm
Gap
- The Lever is moving due to the Motor (Up&Down), A Screw which is assembled in lever rotates together with screw on the bottom shaft. Due to this rotating systme bottom shaft makes Gap Adjustment(Forward & Behind).
- Highly precise due to high deceleration ratio between motor and Screw.
- Type is very simple so there is very low probability of trouble.
- Tolerance for Gap Adjustment : ±0.01mm

Fixed Knife and Bearing Arrangement Method
Knife / Bearining
- Double Thrust Angler Ball Bearing can be maintain the degree because the rated load is relatively strong which adjust clearance to axial direction.
- The bearing can hold well and good for maintain.
- The fixed method of knife is One Touch Piston method which is comfortable for assemble&disassemble(compression spring attaches the knife very strongly and simply removes it using hydraulic pressure during removal).

- The Worm Gear is moving due to the Motor (up&down) ,Top&Botton shaft is rotating and due to the eccentric amount on shaftadjust the Lap.
- Highly precise due to high deceleration ratio between motor and Rack gear
- Depending on the amount of abrasion on the worm gear, the replacement cycle can be accelerated.
- Tolerance for Lap Adjustment : ±0.015mm

- The worm gear of bottom shaft is rotating due to the Motor and bottom shaft is moving to Forward & Behind for Gap adjustment.

Gap/ Lap Adjustment Method

- The Spindle moves due to the motor. LH&RH SCREW which are assembled in spindle rotates and make the movement the spindle housing open and close.
- As much as the screw pitch rotates, it could be difficult to fine tune the LAP because the amount of operation is immediately.
- Tolerance for Lap Adjustment : ±0.015mm
- AC Vector Motor : 1.5kw x 1,500rpm
Gap
- Top shaft is moving to Forward & Behind for Gap adjustment due to Taper of Cotter & LM Roller which is connected with motor.
- As the top shaft is operated by Spring restoration force when reversing, if spring elasticity is reduced, the replacement cycle may be accelerated.
- The cotter attachment can make the length around 500mm longer than the previous equipment.
